21 May 2004. Inside the cabin of a Thomas Cook Airlines Boeing 757-200, midway across the Atlantic en route to Toronto (YYZ) from Glasgow (GLA).

Nice seat pitch of 34", but having made the trip in several 757s now (Thomas Cook and Continental) I wouldn't really do it again. I strictly believe in widebodies when it comes to flights of >3 hours.
